How do I create an account?

Visit kju.ai and choose the current public access option. When a mobile release is available, its store link will also appear on our download page. You'll be guided through a short onboarding to personalise your learning experience.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a link to set a new password. If you signed up via SSO, your password is managed by your identity provider.

What is a daily session?

A daily session is a short learning experience built from questions tailored to your role and industry. Sessions adapt to your skill level using spaced repetition, so you'll always be challenged at the right level. Complete sessions to earn XP, maintain your streak, and climb the leaderboard.

Can I use kju.ai on both web and mobile?

Web, iOS, and Android releases open separately. Visit our download page for current availability. Once you have access, your progress, streaks, and preferences sync across the platforms you use.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app and tap Manage Subscription, or contact us at support@kju.ai. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage your subscription through your device's subscription settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, progress, and all associated data. If you're part of an organisation, contact your admin first. You can also email support@kju.ai to request deletion.
