Arm has unveiled its first self-produced CPU tailored for AI applications called the Arm AGI CPU. Designed for inference tasks, the chip features up to 136 cores per CPU and integrates on the energy-efficient Neoverse platform, enabling high-density rack configurations with up to 64 CPUs per air-cooled rack.
