A broader push from pilot to production

Dell said the updates span AI solutions and ecosystem innovations, deskside agentic AI offerings and purpose-built infrastructure.[1] Its AI Factory with NVIDIA had more than 6,500 customers, up from 5,000 the previous quarter.[1] Dell says the platform helps enterprises move agentic AI projects from experimentation to production on infrastructure they own and control.[1] The company cited forecasts that enterprise agentic AI will become the largest AI workload by 2028 and grow nearly three times faster than generative AI by 2030.[1] Dell also cited projections of inference costs falling by more than 90% by 2030 and agentic AI driving 24 times as much token consumption.[1]

Partners, governance and services

Dell named Dynatrace for AI observability, Mistral for a knowledge assistant and agentic AI platform, and Fogsphere for computer vision among its validated ecosystem solutions.[1] It added SUSE Linux to the software choices available through the AI Factory.[1] Dell described a security architecture combining hardware-rooted infrastructure, NVIDIA OpenShell for runtime governance and Red Hat AI Factory software for orchestration.[1] Its Managed Services for AI are intended to help organizations manage AI resources, access, consumption and costs as they scale from pilot to production.[1] Dell says organizations can scale from an individual developer to 1,000 or more systems enterprise-wide.[1]

Deskside systems target different scales

Dell’s deskside blueprints specify hardware, AI models and software for use cases including agentic coding, agentic VSS and Hermes Agent on NemoClaw.[1] Dell said the Pro Precision with GB10 would be available with 64GB of unified memory for individual developers and smaller teams.[1] The GB10 desktop can connect in two- or four-system clusters to support larger models and more complex AI workflows, according to Dell.[1] Dell said the Pro Precision with GB300 would provide up to 748GB of coherent memory and 20 petaflops of FP4 compute.[1] The configurations give teams distinct options to assess against their workload and scale requirements.

Dell’s cited business case and share price

Dell cited a finding that unclear return on investment is the top obstacle to 59% of enterprise AI deployments, and that 83% of organizations consider end-to-end vendor support across the AI lifecycle their top priority when choosing an AI partner.[1] Dell also said its AI Factory can be up to 90% more cost-effective than public clouds over two years.[1] Separately, Dell Technologies shares traded at EUR 408.25 on Lang & Schwarz at 5:09 p.m. CET on October 25, 2026, 1.27% below the October 23 Xetra close of EUR 413.50.[2] The next Xetra session was scheduled for October 26, 2026.[2]

For teams evaluating agentic AI, the announcement puts infrastructure, software options, services and deskside systems into one set of choices to assess. Dell’s cited cost and adoption figures are company-reported claims, so professionals should compare them with their own workloads, governance needs and total costs before making investment decisions.
